Our diced or chopped tigernut is more than just a complementary version in our range of products. These chunks of tigernut, tender and tasty, are intended for direct consumption and are especially appreciated as a topping in pastries. Like sliced tigernuts, chopped tigernuts can also be used as an ingredient in muesli or cereal mixes. As a source of energy, fibre and vitamin E, they are a relevant option in the development of functional, healthy and natural food products.

Tigernuts has developed a unique process to reliably and evenly chop tigernuts. Thanks to a specific adjustment of our machines, the chips measure approximately 2 mm.
